The cosmetic repair is 'easy'. With the side vent removed it looks like the original metal could be put back in shape with a hammer and dolly.
The panel can be removed by mostly just drilling out spot welds. I did a similar repair on a car myself just because I had the panel from a parts car and wanted to give it a try. Cut. Match. Weld. Fill. Prime & Paint.



There may be some minor frame damage that would effect alignment. I'd have a good collision shop check that before doing the panel.

No idea on the cost, but you could send the pic to a local shop and ask for a rough estimate.

Note: I just have some cheap tools and like to play with this stuff. Not even close to a pro opinion.
