FS 2000 Boxster S roller

Something went in the motor. I don't have time right now, or the space to rebuild/swap motor. Motor is still in the car. Mechanical noise, puff of smoke, and we stopped the car. Picked it up with a trailer and put it in storage. That is the best I can say to what happened. I am not interested in parting it out, if I had time to do that I would just fix the motor.

Car is located in North Central Massachusetts.

I was prepping it as a track car. So it comes with a bunch of good stuff.

Being the S it has the 6 speed manual, bigger brakes, and 3rd radiator

10k miles ago:
new Sachs clutch
LN IMS bearing
RMS
brakes rebuilt - powder coated calipers, new rotors, stainless brake lines, full flush
sanded/polished headlamps then covered with 3M protection film
LN 2 qt deep sump
Motorsport AOS and LN bracket
transmission fluid flush
Cipher seats

7k miles ago:
K-sport coil over shocks with camber plates and spec Boxster spring rates
Tarett Engineering front and rear adjustable sway bars

3k miles ago:
New Toyo Proxes tires - all street miles so lots of life left

Car had what looked like a new convertible top on it with the glass rear window when I bought it. It was originally a FL and SC car so there is zero rust on it. Some body work is evident. There are also 4 holes in the rear deck lid from a wing that has been removed. I have a hard top and powder coated white Boxster S wheels I am planning to sell separately.

$4750
