Some of you may know my story or some may not. Long story short, late 2014 my 3.2L had a cracked cylinder. Took it to a shop and removed the engine to confirm the damage. Weeks later I got a very bad concussion and took my car and parts back home then stored it for the next 5 years as I was in no mood or shape to entertain it given my condition. Told myself when I get some of my mojo back then I will go all out with my Boxster and do it right. So thats what has started this summer.
I always had love for RUF's and their story and passion. So I set out to make a genuine RUF clone but if you know RUF then youll know that the 986 conversions were only made to a 3600S (3.6L) but I wanted more power so i went with 3.8L aka 3800S. Im not sure how much this forum is active as I frequent Porsche Facebook groups and Instagram mostly. But some of you have messaged me over time with questions and what not.
