Yeah, they are designed to replace the dust caps on the end of the valve stems, but they don't look "slick". LOL

The unit itself is solar powered, and it seems to be fine with partial sun. It doesn't need extra charging to stay on all the time.

They'd be great for car trailer use. I wouldn't put them on the outside of a tire in something that had aesthetic value (ie a boxster).


For $30 a set I just bought a few more. I've been jealous of all these new cars with their TPMS, but now I'm gonna have it in like all of my cars.
