The RMS looks to be dry and in good condition. Porsche redesigned the replacement RMS on the early 986s. You can tell if it's a new style by how it's installed. The new style seal is recessed about 3 mm behind the edge of the engine case. This was an improvement over the original seal and lasts much longer.
