I have the NOCO and like it. I think mine is rated at 4A charging and adapts to SLA, AGM, and Li batteries. As a smart charger/maintainer it helps to keep the battery healthy.
A70A charger is only needed if you want a backup way to start the car with a dead battery. Complete overkill for basic charger/maintainer.
