Yeah in the back of my head it was bothering me not knowing 100 % for sure whether they were or weren't internal so I called . Talked with a great guy that knew his stuff , unfortunately H&R has a policy of NOT giving out spring rates
I wanted to know what I have, all he would tell me is they are considered " street performance " and that they are progressive . The front springs are stenciled with 29510VA/29511VA and the rears are 29511HA . Any chance you know what the spring rates are ?
