Unhappy Cel P1275?

I just got a CEL and the code that came up from my reader was P1275 and the reader said "Manfacturer controlled fuel and air metering". Does anyone know what sorts of things can cause that condition? BTW, I have a pretty new MAF and new oxygen sensors, thanks
