Yes, well regulated militia... You know not all 50 states are allowed a militia to form? Kinda seems like a government that's a bit out of control.
On a side note why do you think Tojo Hiduki never invaded California? Because "Behind every blade of grass is a gun" EDIT: and that is a terrifying prospect for a dictator. More frightening than a "well regulated militia.
