Hopefully someone can help..........
So my 2004 Boxster failed to start a few weeks ago. All lights came on dash but as soon as I go to crank it...... nothing.
I found water under the seat, removed the alarm immobiliser and it was corroded
. Sent this away along with the ECU and Keys, and had it fixed with a specialist, who say that the ACU and DME are reporting that the system in NOT immobilised, and all keys are working.
Checked the battery, fully charged.
What else could this be, and how would be best to test to find out the issue. Im getting frustrated now as the car is just sitting there - im sure it even looks sad!!
