I've used ECS spacers as well.
I've used "Spider" spacers before and they were also very high quality.

Don't use non-hub-centric. ever.
and ALWAYS get correct length (and seat) lug bolts to go with the spacers.

It's notable that I'm not aware of any track organizations who don't allow wheel spacers. That should speak somewhat to their overall "safety record".

"Scrub radius is affected." 'meh.
"Increased wheel Bearing wear." also 'meh.
