If you have the broken pieces or another case you could cut parts from you could try fuse it together with a Harbor Freight plastic welder. But I think Particlewave is right. Based on the projects you have posted here, I think you are more than capable of successfully taking a headlight apart and putting it back together. I am way less talented than you and just removed the other lens from one of my headlights to re-glue the projector lens into its shroud and I got it done. If you get another headlight or case once you get the lens off the rest is very straightforward.
