KBB probably doesn't list a value for it because there are so few of them -- only 1960 sold worldwide, and I think I read that only about 800 were sold in the US. Once you start trying to get more specific with the mileage, the sample size gets even smaller.
You might try looking at the 987 Boxster-specific page on Bring A Trailer to see if any similar ones have sold there.
And speaking of BAT, there have been two RS60s listed in the last two weeks, one of which I think ends tomorrow, both of which have had red interior with the dark gray (black) top. You could get all red, all gray, or red interior with gray top. Not sure about the opposite combo.
