My understanding of the sharks is they are " generally " reliable but are prone to electrical gremlins . I would check/clean/dielectric grease every ground point as a baseline . In the past I had a 944S that snapped a timing belt No way in hell I would risk the same fate with a 928 . Good luck with the project .
