Have my CDR-220 out and want to Deoxit the volume and selection knobs - both are noisy and skip around.

There is a clear plastic cover just below knobs. Can I pull that out without breaking it? Any way to remove some of housing to get access?

Would love to try and change CD load belts as they sometimes won’t unload CD.
