I am getting 100% at higher rpms but only 50-60% if for example...third gear, 2000rpm, WOT.
Is there something wrong with my car? I just replaced the MAF sensor which seems to have fixed CEL troubles but now I am noticing this “problem”.
Seems to drive good now. I just got the car so I have nothing to compare it to know if I am down on power.

Just a thought on my part here. But could it have anything to do with the refresh rate of your scanner software. software unable to calculate load as fast as RPM is climbing.
Unless you are using something like a high end snapon scanner or a Pico Oscilloscope your refresh rate at best on a single graph or element with a generic scanner is rather slow.
