To test the valve #9 on the diagram is pretty easy.
Open the fuel door then remove the fuel cap and with your finger push the metal flap where the gas nozzle normally goes far enough until it stops.
You will ear the solenoid valve clicking.
If not then the valve is shot.
It is possible to test the #6 using durametric. You will also ear the valve clicking.
About the one located under the intake, Durametric will also be able to test it. You will need a very quiet environnement and ideally with the engine cover removed. Once activated with Durametric you will ear a light click every 2-3 seconds.
