ok, here is your best bet.

Use the 2.7 intake. Leave the resonance flap unhooked. Squeeze your 2.5 crossover tube into the 2.7 plenums. Fabricate custom intake tube. Use 2.5 or 3.4 cable throttle, not sure the bigger one is needed.
