Examine the wet patch. If it's clear, it may just be condensation from running your AC in hot weather.
Now if it's colored liquid, that's radiator fluid. Especially if you are seeing steam I would say you need to have it examined immediately and do not continue to drive the car.
Last thing you want to do is run low on coolant and overheat a very, very expensive engine.
While you have the car in the shop, have the mechanic go over it with a fine tooth comb... it will be the best money you ever spent. Knowing up front what's worn and what will need replacement always helps a new Porsche owner sleep better at night.
