You can do it with a QuickJack.

Drive the car up on ramps, all four wheels. You can make your own ramps from 2"x12" ply planks.

Place the QuickJacks on planks or layers of planks that are the same height as the ramps and wide and long enough to support the entire QuickJack frame. Lift the car up as you normally wold.
