There’s car work and there’s car work. I won’t lift a finger to fix my Kia, but I’ve just finished installing an engine and transmission in my Boxster. I’m no mechanic but I’ve always had the attitude: how hard can it be?
Today, with the internet and YouTube covering every imaginable scenario, as well as this fantastic forum, it’s hard for me to justify paying someone else when I can have a great learning experience!
