Newbie 986 Question

Hi Folks- Brand new to the forum and looking froward to learning and participating.

Contemplating buying a 2 owner 2001 Boxster base, 78,000 miles and paint and interior look 9.5/10. Car has had motor mount, IMS bearing replaced and an oil service done back in 2015. Problem is the second owner has had the car since 2009 and purchased it with 76,000 miles. It has been garaged and occasionally started but has only covered 2000 miles in the 10 years he has owned it.The car is an absolute garage queen. Should I be concerned about the lack of use? I plan on having a pre purchase inspection done by my local dealer but seems to me that any car that has gone so few miles over a decade is bound to have a significant number of items that are going to need to be replaced just because of how long it has been sitting. I have driven the car and it looks, smells, drives, and feels very good- no smoke, weird noises, vibrations ( other than flat spots in the tires) no tell tale signs of any problems. And the garage it is in is climate controlled. Should I consider myself lucky to have found an 18 year old Porsche in such pristine condition ( Visually) or is this a potential Pandoras Box that I would opening from a mechanical perspective?

Your experiences and expertise are most appreciated!

Thanks- Scott
