Success!!!!!

Thank you Jake Raby!

I called Flat 6 Innovations and Jake Raby told me without hesitation that it was the "ORVR Valve".

I ordered one from Pelican Parts and I installed it today. Boom!!!!! That fixed it!

So, for the collective, if your Boxster immediately spits out fuel and you cannot refuel her, replace the ORVR Valve.

I replaced the fuel filler neck flapper valve first, but that didn't fix the issue.

In my case, it was the ORVR.

So, this valve is on top of the fuel tank. You must remove the battery, and the battery tray. To the right side of the hole, there is a black styrofoam wrap around the ORVR valve. I had to slit the foam in order to pry it out. The two hoses were a bear to remove.

Here are the photos, enjoy. Book mark this.

#17 is the culprit

That's the styrofoam after I removed the original valve.

The above is the Pierburg option from Pelican Parts.

That's the original valve I removed. Been in there since 2004. Car has 51,000 miles on her.

Also, I sent a current to the valve and it "clicked" like it was good. But it actually was not.
