+1 to BLs comments. This car will sell for the asking price if the seller waits for the right buyer. This time of year the wait might not be long.

Mine has almost the exact mileage. If it wasn't recovered from flood damage I would keep it constantly garaged and stress about parking lot dings. Instead, I have a 'driver' that I love and don't ever plan to part with.
