Most clutch kits come with the pressure plate, throw out bearing and pilot bearing. The Sachs kit I bought from Vertex Auto was $295 shipped and also included the spline grease and alignment tool.
Definitely do the RMS and check the flywheel.
It's a fun job. I thoroughly enjoyed it
