sounds like a bad pulley bearing to me.....if so you'll just have to identify which pulley....check all the pulleys that are driven by the belt as the engine is running (be VERY careful of moving parts)...i like to use a 'mechanic's stethoscope' for things like this....makes finding a bad bearing real easy....
