As jsceach says, it has the Gen III IMS which cannot be replaced w/o splitting the engine block, but has a <1% chance of failure. Oil change interval tends to influence IMS longevity.

Find out how long ago the water pump was replaced. They last anywhere from 2-6 (or sometimes longer) yrs. Also find out about plugs & coils. They're at the proper mileage to be changed, but age-wise should have been changed a long time ago. A pair of 19" tires will run approx. $350-500, depending on the brand you're matching to. Does it come with 2 keys? If not, it will be around $400 to have one cut and programmed.

I currently own 2 987.1Ss and owned a third. They have been 3 of the most dependable cars I've owned. My 1st Porsche, an 01 Boxster S, was not. I mention the items above so you know what to look for and can bargain accordingly. The asking price is in the ballpark for the mileage and if it's in good condition.
