Hey man......sorry you are unhappy. I have seen these on Singers and other builds so I assume that they a fairly good quality pieces. I have another set of Rennlines on my car.

Boxster clutch pedal is plastic yes plastic so there is some degree of compliance when mounting them. As I recall, I think I chose my hole positions very carefully to get the flatest orientation possible and then used washers to take up space.....the pedal material is so soft that it will comply to the pedal for the most part and you likely not need this. On the clutch especially make sure you use washers behind the nuts.

The brake pedal is a very rough finished piece of metal and nothing will fit flat on it. I think I recall dressing the ridge down the middle of it and then bolting the pedal down left and right. I am pretty sure I only used two screws to avoid problems on the brake pedal.....it is so long ago though

Try adjusting the elevation of the pedal as well such that the two curvatures match.
