If the harness doesn't have a relay, the white would remain illuminated (as the side marker doesn't flash)...you might want to make sure that the amber is bright enough to be visible over the white.

Thanks for the info. It is extremely bright. Hard to take a pic of it. I had to darken this pic so I could see the covers. I'm pretty sure somehow the white light is shutting off when the amber flashes. No sure. I'm not an electricity guy 🙄
