In agreement with Anker.
In addition - try as many as you can come over - both S and base - and it will become apparent what is right for you. Make a spreadsheet with all info you can gather - a great tool for comparison. I did and ended with my 2003 S 5 years ago. The most expensive one of all that I tried!
My S is now at 186000 km and is running better than ever.
But of course you should expect wear and tear at that mileage and parts will eventually need replacement.
So buy the best one you can find but keep a little reserve for the rainy day that will come at some point when something needs to get replaced - like my exhaust the other day. Positive side of course is you then have the option to upgrade!
Another little advice - go for plenty of factory options!
