Dr. Kill is merely stating the fact that we do not live in a perfect world and I tend to agree with him. The mention about $1000 is inaccurate because the exhaust is no longer required a deposit (thanks for Jeffsquire).
And no, I do not doubt Che's credentials, only that I do not agree with Che's approach. It is not related with how big or small business(es) he has, or what degree he has, it is more related to fair business practice.
I don't see any reason for an apology either, because his approach is "questionable" (see my previous posts) in the first place and we have the right to give him a piece of our mind. If our opinion sounded mean, then so be it. He is an adult and can take our opinions just fine.

You must be joking.  Did you fail to notice that this guy came in with verifiable references?  You are not even giving him a chance to prove himself before you are convicting him of being a scam artist.    With all due respect your profile says you are an auditor and I really don't think you are qualified to be critisizing anyone in the marketing approach of a small business.
