Mine too. Bad enough where my top got stuck open. I bought the switch, but waiting till off season to work on it. So I bought a smart top relay, resolved issue wwas expensive but was wanting one so just bought it.
Options keep top working is bend pin 15 on top relay and run a ground wire from socket I think it was or maybe it was solder to the relay pin and ground. If you search for cheap smart top mod or look on Pedro’s site there are instructions.
That bypasses the emergency brake switch.
