The chart is about the mechanical linkage, not engine power. Shaft from the engine inputs rpm1 to the transmission, transmission outputs to driveshaft at rpm2, wheel circumference rotates over asphalt at a rate of 'distance' per 'time'. Find a long down hill slope and it should work.
