The book cost about $35 new and apparently is no longer available. It is an extremely useful reference material for diagnosing error codes.
Shipping to pretty well anywhere in the states is going to be in the 15 to 20 dollar range.
Hopefully this information will help prevent anyone from embarrassing themselves with a ridiculously low offer.
