Well... I figured that I could
make space and time and showed the ad to Vi. She agreed (and I think I owe her a kitchen
and bathroom remodel now).
I contacted the seller. It is still available, but he's busy and does not want to be bothered. ...and I may have contacted him one too many times before he made that clear enough to get through my obsession.
Still hoping he contacts me back soon, but concerned there may be a restraining order filed if I reach out again.
