Insurance coverage for HPDE
Here's what my policy says for liability coverage.
It is in the Exclusions section.

We do NOT provide Liability Coverage for any "insured":
4. Any vehicle, located inside a facility designed for racing, for the purpose of:
a) Competing in; or
b) Practicing or preparing for;
any prearranged or organized racing or speed contest.

Do HPDEs qualify as a "prearranged or racing or speed contest"?
I would say maybe not, but I'm not an attorney...
IMHO HPDE is not a speed contest or race, but it is prearranged though.
