Yeah...you're not getting a headlight assembly for $50, not that it is necessary anyway. I don't think he read your first post.

Getting positive voltage on both sides with the bulb in is normal because the bulb filament is a conductor. Sounds like a bad ground, but the parking, fog, turn signal and high beams all share a common ground. Do the fog lights, turn and high beams work on that side?
