I guess "hard" would be a relative term. I enjoyed it. A lot of bolts to turn, but not difficult.

I spread it out over 2 days (transmission out on day 1, clutch change and trans back in on day 2). Total of about 16 hours, but I was really taking my time. I think I could do it again in 5-6 hours.

You'll need to get the car at least 18 inches off the ground and have a low profile jack for the transmission. You'll also need a xzn bit (12 point) for one of the transmission bolts...can't remember which size, but it's posted many places online.
You'll also need to support the rear of the engine with either another jack or an engine support bar (mine was $60 at Harbor Freight). I actually did both for safety.
