When I got those error codes, it was the tube from TB to AOS.
I had cleaned TB and I put hose on incorrectly relative to the bend. was not making a tight seat at the TB side. Car ran fine but I could hear a slight hiss once I started investigating. Once I turned hose to bend other way no more issues as the ends seated correctly.
I have replaced that hose and the AOS some time after that issue
