I hope my local dealer is decent.... but I'm wary, because they're part of a large group of dealerships who, single handedly, have managed to screw up basic service (let alone repairs) on my JEEPs, jaguars, Mercedes, and Audis.
Yeah.... I'm not holding my breath.
Stupid, basic stuff.... like lieing to me about services done. Lug nuts missing. Drain plugs stripped. Grease on my headliner. Last time they tried to sell me a reflash, but the tech didn't know what it was, or what it did, only that my vin required it... at a cost of $129.95
