-Rotate the right knob slowly, as it will display the Becker model number.
-Rotate again and radio serial number will display on radio display.took pictures

Going through the cycle with the right knob, it showed me:

BECKER 1
TYPE 4462
SER: X5021117
48/98
GAL: 00
AUX OFF
CDP2081

After reconnecting the battery, I turned on the radio and it told me to enter the code, so I entered 4898. Then the readout said WAIT and still did, after leaving it for 10 minutes, driving it, turning it off and on again, etc. Then I looked under the frunk and saw handwritten on the paper sticker "Radio 5430." Couldn't figure out how to re-enter a code, so I disconnected the battery for half an hour, and when I reconnected the battery, the readout still said WAIT. Drove it for 80 or 90 minutes, and the WAIT never went away. Loren said you have to wait 30 minutes before trying again, but will it prompt me to re-enter a code, or is there a way for me to override the WAIT?

Thanks!
DISREGARD! The problem resolved itself. I took a 30 minute drive, and it persisted, then the car sat an hour, and after a 20 minute drive it was ready to take the handwritten frunk code.

Since 48/98 wasn't the code, can anybody tell me what that and the other bits of information on the display were:

48/98
GAL: 00
AUX OFF
CDP2081
