The starter motor fix is actually not very difficult. You need to remove the starter. For this, you need long extensions for your socket. The lower bolt is accessed through the cockpit hatch, just below the alternator. I’m sure there must be stuff on YouTube about this.
Once the starter is out, you need to disassemble the solenoid part and clean out and replace the grease. Put it all back together and everything should be hunky dory!
Funny, I need to do this myself sometime soon. Mine is doing that sporadically. Guess I’ll make a new DIY for my channel! :dance:
