I live in SoCal. My car is covered all the time. Driven only on weekends. Not driven in rainy or inclement weather.

Once I found this forum, and stumbled upon a thread about cleaning drains (and the importance of), I was on that task quicker than stink on ****************. The ramifications of unintentional water damage was enough to inspire me to spend 30 minutes clearing drains.
