So... Just took the throttle body and plenum out.

And have a look inside:

Soaked with oil. Cleaned and as good as new.

The throttle body also had a load of gunk. See the black rim?

Much better

Also gave the connecting hose a good clean, and cleaned out the pipes in the intakes.

Car is 100% better
