No knowledge of the Quicklift but I do have a Quickjack 7000 which is perfect for my needs. However, IMHO it does not have enough lift (19.4” with the large rubber blocks) to drop the engine. I do not see any safe way to incrementally lift using a combination of the Quickjack and jack stands. Also, the QJ lifts diagonally rather than straight up, so even if there was enough lift height, the diagonal lift trajectory could be a non-starter.

Per the specs, maximum lift of the QJ7000 is 23.7” with the pinned SUV adapters, but no way will the QJ w/SUV adapters fit under the 986.
