The insurance companies have been getting sneaky lately with the really flooded cars. I've seen a few go away covered in mud and come back clean. I've bought two that were as flooded as that one. 90% of the interior and 100% of anything electrical is garbage. You're in for some excitement if you throw a good battery in it. Stuff that shouldn't come on does and stuff that should doesn't. On a good note, the manual transmissions seem to be water tight and the engine can be saved if you take it apart and clean it. I have a guy who's been buying my flooded motors. He's been cleaning them up and throwing them in race cars with great success. The suspension, brakes and cooling system should be okay too.
