When you reconnect the plugs, make sure the sliding part of the connector is in all the way, it should kind of "snap" to let you know it is 100% connected. It's been a while since I did mine, but I think I had to test it 2-3 times, so I would recommend getting everything connected, then reconnect the battery and check it before reinstalling all of the screws that hold the cluster to the dash.
Thanks Rick. I thought I heard that CLICK but obviously with no gauge lights, then something needs to be checked. Will try again tomorrow.

EDIT:
On second thought, I will check the fuse to make sure I did not ground one of the wires as it would seem strange that all 3 plugs are not seated all the way into the cluster.
