I haven't been able to see the car ( owner is away) so I can't perform any test ( compression, vacuum, or change the oil) So I'm thinking, depending on what the owner was doing ( how hard he was driving) it would be possible for oil to exit the exhaust! Any information or opinions? Thanks!
In order for liquid oil to make it through the engine and out the exhaust, something very unpleasant has probably occurred. Pull the oil filter and look for debris; if you find it there, the engine is done.
