Why do you expect your local Porsche Club of America to champion your issue? Regional PCAs get a chunk of their $$$ from their local Porsche dealership. If the local PCA makes the local dealership unhappy, they could lose a lot of funding. If your issue has nothing to do with the club, they're not going to deal with whatever your beef is with the dealership. So I don't understand why you think they should be your champion.
Have you contacted Porsche Cars of North America? They are better equipped to deal with the kind of issues you are hinting at.
And finally, it sounds like you had a bad experience with the purchase process. Have you poisoned the well so much that you don't feel comfortable taking your Porsche there for service work? Or did you raise such a stink that they banned you?
The best way to express your dislike with a dealership is to let your wallet do the talking. Either buy a different brand or buy a Porsche from some other dealer. The dealer here in OMA has sold Porsches to happy customers in almost every state in the continental US.
