There are two reasons I haven't gone to R-compound tires - I wanted to avoid the oil starvation trouble, and the cost. I'd have to get another set of wheels + the cost of the tires themselves.

I mainly run at
Rudskogen. It is mostely accelerating rights and stop-go lefts. One of the rights is high speed and severely off camber. Top speed braking while turning right down the steep hill, then hard acceleration back up the hill and into the S's. This is where I expect the problem to be worst.
